Malaysian, NGV, Petronas and dot dot dot

I can’t stop laughing when I read the news below. As far as I know, PETRONAS not monopoly the NGV market. Malaysia government who is PETRONAS major shareholder (in fact the only one) had asked PETRONAS to build 200  stations which are capable of supplying the NGV and by doing this indirectly helping Malaysian. (macam kes Paksa Rela la nih)

For PETEKMA, please be informed that the price RM 0.68 per liter is the price before subsidise and I’m very sure that other producers such as EXXONMOBIL or SHELL would not ready to give that price or even start the NGV business here. (FYI – NGV,LPG,LNG, Petrol, Diesel, JET-Oil, Lubricants are really-really different things…)

And honestly one thing that I really pissed-off and really  f**k**g  angry is  to all Malaysian who still choose other than PETRONAS to fire-up their vehicles even after PETRONAS has constantly contributed approximately 35 % of government incomes every past year. That’s mean PETRONAS has returned back the profit + ‘wang saguhati’ + helping managing the country and give it all back to all rakyat through government .

In easy words, PETRONAS is paying one third (1/3) of our PM salary, police salary, have a 1/3 share in development project in Malaysia (mungkin boleh juga consider kalau jalan raya ada 6 lanes, 2 lanes adalah milik PETRONAS) and contributing one third of Teacher’s wages who is teaching all Malaysian here and bla…. blaaa… bla (this would be never ending list) .

To all Malaysian who still don’t know or pretend not knowing anything, more that 30 % of PETRONAS incomes derived from overseas operation and this means PETRONAS has stretch their hands like hell (particularly in third world country) to serve to all Malaysian.

For me as ordinary Malaysian ..  nothing more to say except BRAVO and BIG THANK YOU to PETRONAS.

BERNAMA : Petekma, the association for taxi drivers and taxi/limousine operators, today called on the government to put an end to the monopoly enjoyed by Petronas in selling natural gas for vehicles (NGV).

The president Mohd Shahrir Abd Aziz said trade in the fuel should be opened to more parties as there was a dearth of petrol stations selling NGV. “Using NGV is a more cost-effective option for us compared to petrol or diesel,” he said.  read here

Rafael Nadal win 4th Consecutive French Open in a row

Nadal has chalked his name on Clay Court history by winning French Open title. He has  outplayed Federer  on Sunday, beating him 6-1, 6-3, 6-0 to win a fourth consecutive title at Roland Garros.

During the trophy ceremony following the most lopsided men’s final at the French Open since 1977, and at any Grand Slam since 1984, Nadal felt compelled to say: “Roger, I’m sorry.”

“He dominated from the first point until the end,” said Federer, who hadn’t lost a 6-0 set since 1999, and hadn’t won fewer than five games in a match since 2002. “It’s the strongest Rafa that I’ve ever seen. He was more dominant than the previous years.”

Sunday’s victory also makes Nadal:

— 28-0 for his career at the French Open;

— 115-2 on clay since April 2005;

— 22-1 in clay-court finals.

“I am humble,” Nadal said, “but the numbers are the numbers.”

His match statistics against Federer were stunning, the sort that make you want to go back and reread them.

Nadal held break points in 10 of Federer’s 11 service games, converting eight times. He won the point 24 of the 42 times Federer went to the net. He won 16 of the 24 points that lasted 10 or more strokes, according to an unofficial tally compiled by The Associated Press.

Most tellingly, Federer finished with 35 unforced errors, Nadal with seven. Yes, seven.

WITH ONLY SEVEN UNFORCED ERRORS….  NO DOUBT THAT RAFAEL NADAL IS TRULLY ‘CLAY COURT’ KING…

BMW and Robert Kubica On the Moon after Maiden Victory at Canada Grand Prix

I’ve got double joy today, one for the Germany Team in Euro 2008 and the other one is how BMW Sauber performs at the moment in Formula One Grand Prix.

This was after Robert Kubica has scored his and BMW Sauber’s first Formula One victory after an eventful afternoon at Montreal’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Kubica led home team mate Nick Heidfeld to take the drivers’ championship lead, with David Coulthard third for Red Bull. The face of the race changed early on, in the pit lane, when polesitter Lewis Hamilton crashed into the back of Kimi Raikkonen, whose Ferrari was stationary at the pit exit awaiting a green light during a safety-car period. Peraduan 100 Hari 100 Kereta Celcom Satu Perjudian?

Harga Minyak Melambung

One of the main items that you need to consider when preparing Tender Document is how the tenderer(s) interprets the contents of the document for them to prepare proposal for the said tender. Additional to that the specifications shall be précised, so the tenderer can do the comparison “Apple to Apple” . In easy word is the price quoted shall be for an Apple and not for Banana or else. That’s why when you do the big project you’ll have to hire Quantity Surveyor or other professional consultant to do it for you,

When I look at the comparison given nowdays for fuel prices … it’s B**lsh*t . We can’t compare the fuel price with our neigbouring country which don’t have oil/gas reserve. We have to compare ’Apple with Apple’…..  but sadly that’s always happened, we compared the price with Thailand and Singapore.

But let us see …  WE SHOULD COMPARE THE PRICES TO THIS….

Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

One of the greatest things if you are involve in Oil and Gas industry is the practice of best HSE (Health Safety and Environment) in everything you did, do and will be done. Every works to be thoroughly inspected and verified before any commencement and lesson learnt report to be produced after completion of each job or project.

For the works which involve chemical and hazardous material, the contractor shall submit the catalogue shown the composition and  properties of materials and the safety precaution to be adhered during the usage of that material. This material catalogue we called it MSDS or Materials Safety Data Sheet.

But today, I found this interesting Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) not for chemical materials but the WOMAN … can you believe it… a WOMAN…

Here it is…..

Petrol, Diesel Price to Increase by Midnight

It started when i received SMS from my fren and after checked out in BERNAMA, it’s finally confirmed… FUEL PRICES INCREASE BY MIDNIGHT….

What can we say about this never ending issue of fuel prices…..  finally Prime Minister AAB has announced the increase of Petrol and Diesel by 78 cent and RM 1.00 per litre and to my surprise, It ‘ll commence by tomorrow, in JUNE  and not next AUGUST.

For me who is working in Oil and Gas industry, this announcement has two impacts, good and bad. Good for my company and country and not good for my pocket and poorly villagers, fisherman and the one with low income.

This issue is no need further explanation, LET SEE TOMMORROW THE CAPITALIST WILL SHOUTING LIKE HELL to get their items, goods, transportation fares and all with price tags items to be increased and the victims is  ORDINARY RAKYAT.

No Man’s Land

Getting into the office today is like walking around in Myammar after Nargis Cyclone or passing through Sichuan district after the earthquake.

I’m in no man’s land

Since this time is school holiday/break and Malaysia got long weekend for upcoming Birthday of Yang diPertuan Agong (National Holiday), everybody is taking a leave and I observed three-quarter of my office population is gone.  My office cafeteria/canteen is empty and the smoking ports are not busy or operating as usual.

Me…., after went away (from office) for long period last two-weeks, this week should be my pack-back time, to settle everything before new tasks coming when full ‘squad’ return next week. I’ve got nothing to accomplish during this weekend except my cousin wedding invitation in Kepong this Saturday ..  huh.. what to buy for her .. any idea ?………
